Why we do it

Everything legal used to be weak. You've been burned before, so you buy one pack, wait for nothing to happen and never come back. We'd rather you stock up without doing that math. If the first pack isn't for you, the sealed ones aren't your problem. Legal doesn't mean weak anymore — but you don't have to take our word for it.

How it works

• 1. Email support@getdonttrip.com with your order number.
• 2. We reply with return instructions.
• 3. Send back the packs you haven't opened.
• 4. We refund the product price.

What counts

• Unopened packs, sealed the way they arrived.
• Within 100 days of delivery.
• Orders placed on getdonttrip.com.

What doesn't: opened packs, and packs bought from another store — ask that seller.

How long do I have?

100 days from the day your order is delivered. That's more than three months to decide.

One pack open, the rest sealed?

That's the point. Try one. If it's not your thing, the sealed ones come back.

Where does the refund go?

Back to the card you paid with. PUREDOZO is the name on the statement.

Arrived damaged or wrong?

That's not a return — that's on us. Email support within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
