getdonttrip.com is operated by Don't Trip ("Don't Trip", "we", "us"). Orders are fulfilled and charged by PureDozo, our official distributor; charges show as PUREDOZO on your statement. Contact: support@getdonttrip.com.

Agreement

By using this site or buying from us you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Age

You must be 21 or older. By buying you confirm you are 21+ and legally allowed to buy and use our products where you live. We may verify your age and cancel any order we can't verify.

Where we ship

United States only. We don't ship to Louisiana or Wyoming. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Products and information

Information on this site is general and for adults. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor. Results vary by person. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, correct pricing errors, or limit quantities. By ordering you agree to pay the price shown, plus shipping and tax, and to give accurate information. You can review your order before clicking pay.

Payment

You authorize us and PureDozo to charge your payment method for the order total. We may run fraud checks, hold or cancel suspicious orders, and ask for extra verification.

Limits of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" as far as the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Texas.

We may update these Terms; the new version applies once posted.
